A Mother for Choco By Keiko Kasza Choco's (a little yellow bird) search for a mother who "looks" like him leads him to a great many interesting characters. It's only when he notices that Mrs. Bear does all of the things that a mother does that he comes to understand that families come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Minimal text and repetitive lines make this appropriate for younger readers. |
